A versatile and accomplished vocal artist.

Dr. Stephanie Don Carlos, classical Soprano, most recently appeared as guest artist featured in the gala opening of Ballet Tucson, where she sang arias by Puccini and Verdi. Dr. Don Carlos is a versatile operatic soprano, having appeared as Pamina in Mozart’s “The Magic Flute,” in Rome, Italy. She has also appeared as soloist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Baltimore Symphony, and the Phoenix Symphony. She has sung under some of the greatest maestri: Sir Georg Solti, Maestro James Levine, Carlo Maria Giulini, GennadyRozhdezensky, and Leonard Slatkin, to name a few. Dr. Don Carlos hasappeared in lead roles in many opera productions, including: Das Reingold, Die Götterdämmerung with Arizona Opera. She has sung the title roles ofCarmen, The Merry Widow, La Cenerentola, and The Barber of Seville. She hasbeen featured for the past three years as recitalist, appearing in Phoenixin the Classics Concert Series. This versatile singer has also appeared in Alamos, Mexico asrecitalist in the Juan Ortiz Festival. She maintains a private voice and piano studio in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson, Arizona.
